Refund policy

This policy applies only to wetsuits and accessories purchased directly from octowetsuits.com

Our wetsuits are assembled by hand with high quality standards. If you believe your item has an assembly or zipper defect upon delivery, email info@octowetsuits.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund. Items must be in the same condition you received them.
For replacements or refunds, send the item back within 30 days of the purchase date.

We will inspect your return and notify you if it is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
